The Middle Yough Family Friendly Rafting

The Middle Youghiogheny (Yough) flows for 11 miles through Ohiopyle State Park. The Middle Yough starts in the town of Confluence and winds its way through the mountains until it reaches Ohiopyle.

The Middle Yough is often recommended for families with small children and inexperienced rafters. The gentle class one and two rapids are exciting yet provide a feeling of being safe and secure. Our parent company, White Water Adventurers runs rafting trips on the Middle Yough from April through October.
